A PayZe card is the UnionPay equivalent of the Prezzy Card. It can be used to pay for purchases instore in New Zealand and overseas wherever UnionPay cards are accepted.

As part of their Mother's Day promotional offer, if you purchase a PayZe prepaid gift card with a minimum value of $200 between May 1, 2024 to midnight on May 12, 2024, you will receive an additional random bonus amount between $10 and $50 loaded onto the PayZe prepaid gift card.

They also have two other offers running:

• $10 instant discount when you spend NZ$100 or more at Pak’nSave.
• $10 instant discount when you spend NZ$100 or more at The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Noel Leeming, or Torpedo7 (though not sure about Torpedo7 given their recent departure from The Warehouse Group).

    Card costs up to $11 in fees and I can’t find if there is any delivery fee

      Just noted the higher fees too (no frees lunch)
      About $11-18 per card (card load, shipping, if paying by credit card)

      The initial bonus might almost cancle out the initial fees (approximately) leaving the savy investors to get rich (between $10-30) back in hand on groceries this month

      Approx 10-20% return on a $200 investment

      Improves if also spending at TWG regularly

  Buy one 200 dollar gift card will cost $212.95 including shipping,card fee,etc
  buy two cards will cost $419.94
  Unsure if it is a good deal.

    My reading (and logical deduction based on how this usually works) is single transaction:

    PayZe prepaid card holders can enjoy NZ$10 instant discount when they spend NZ$100 or more at participating outlets. Note: The checkout terminal and customer receipt will display the original purchase amount, the $10 instant discount is loaded back to your card after the purchase.
    Offer available in-store only.
    The instant offer is valid from 21 March to 31 May 2024 (both dates inclusive). Offer is on a first-come, first-served basis, and redemption is limited to three times per card during the promotion period.
    Promotion valid at all PAK’nSAVE stores in New Zealand.
    In the event of a refund, only the amount paid by cardholders will be refunded to the card, excluding the discount amount.
    Offer is not available on the purchase of Tobacco products and Lotto.
