4k tv for gaming

Hi team.
Looking at getting a 4k tv for gaming. Have a PS5 but just going to run it off the gaming PC mainly. (I'm too cheap to pay for PS plus.)

Is this the best deal at the moment?

Doesnt need to be smart as I have 4k fire tv dongle.

Also open to second hand or waiting if there is going to be a glut of old stock going on sale.

    What games are you gonna play? I'm interested in using my TV and gaming pc to play some games too. I have a lg c2 48" and a Rx 6700. What looks better on the TV versus the monitor?

      I'm going to give cyberpunk a go first. I have a 3060ti only, but I'm hoping dlss will let me play at 4k.

      Would just like a larger screen and not have to sit in a chair after sitting in one all day for my office job lol

        Yeah I think you're being a bit optimistic, DLSS isn't that good.

        I played cyberpunk last year. I played it a couple times so a few hours in total but found it kind of boring so haven't played it since.

        I also played hogwarts legacy for a bit longer but still only barely got through much and got bored so never went back to it.

        ah. that explains it. Sony store does price match if you can find anywhere cheaper and they do free shipping.
        So there's an option if you do want anything Sony related (PS5, TV, etc.)

    Best time to buy all the display units and 2023 models are being cleared out at the lowest prices
